What do I need to do to rent a car from Sedanrent ? 

 -  To book your car, Follow the below steps

Method 1.     Go to Home Page >> Click on Tariffs >> Click on - " Click for Calculator " >> Select dropdowns as per your requirement >> Click on Quick Booking >> Call us and book your Car >> Do payments >> Car is Booked >> You will receive mail / SMS / Call for confirmation

Method 2.    Go to Home Page >> Choose car  >> Use Calculator to plan your trip>> Select Date and Time  >> Add Car in Cart >> Check Out >> Do payments >> Car is Booked >> you will receive mail / SMS / Call for confirmation

What amount I have to pay to book the Car?

You have the option to just pay the reservation charge or the total rent at the time of booking and rest amount before starting the trip.Once the Car has reached ,you can pay by Cash / Debit / Credit Cards / wallets. Keep your payment ready before the ride.

What are the mode of payment you provide?

You can pay by using below methods.

  • Online via  payment gateway.
  • Debit Card / Credit Card via POS machine.
  • Wallet - Paytm 
  • Cash at the time of ride ( Only rent )
  • UPI

*No Cheque will be accepted for payments.

What are the Extra Charges that I need to give apart from Rent? 

  • Inter State Taxes ( if travelling to other state ), 
  • Toll and Parking charges ( as per actuals ), 
  • Overnight Expense of Driver food and lodging @500 per night ( if applicable), 

How I can extend my ride duration?

- In case you require you extend ride duration, you can check availability on the website, alternatively you can also call our customer care for the same. If extension is available, please make a fresh booking. Fresh booking and extension booking at treated at par. 

 Can I book a rental car for someone else?

- Yes , Anyone can book ride for their family and friends.As long as they meet these requirements. Just fill in their details while you’re making the reservation.

What if there is car breakdown ? 

In case there is a breakdown, our driver and customer support team shall help you to arrange a backup car. In case you need an urgent ride to your destination and can not wait for backup, our driver shall assist you in booking an app based cab on the spot so that you reach your destination on time. The fare of the cab will be reimbursed by us. 

What if I want to extend the ride and extension is not available ?

 Unfortunately we will not be able to help in this case and you will have to end your ride at the scheduled end time. If we do not enforce this we would be causing inconvenience to our next rider who has made pre-booking for the same.  Although, you can call customer care to check if some sedan can be arranged for you.
